These are a few of my favorite things...

Because you asked - here are some of my favorite things that happened on our trip! Besides screaming my head off on the California Screamin' roller coaster (I truly lived up to its name!), the things that stand out are:

My kids (along with my niece and nephew) being chosen to dance with Mickey and Minnie:

Checking out the pictures of us after riding on some of the rides (could very well be the funniest part of the trip!)

Disneyland was AWESOME!!! We all had a blast! We got to see almost all of our family on my side (Brother, we missed you!) - I couldn't have asked for a better time - maybe a better hotel though! :)

I am pretty sure I took about 42 million pictures but I'll stop there! Our time away was amazing but we are happy to be back home! Sleeping in your own bed truly is priceless!

That is right - the Stephens Family is heading to Disneyland! And I can honestly say that it will never be the same! Once our crew tears thru it - Mickey just might need a vacation! I am looking forward to sharing all of the details with you upon our return!

Rock Star!!!

With two guitar lessons under his belt - Tanner is already a Rock Star!!! Looking forward to the day when Tim McGraw opens for him!!

Two Tickets To Paradise...

OK - so it isn't really paradise. It is Konocti Resort and Casino in Kelseyville but we'll take it! Our 8th row tickets came in the mail today! My sister and I are so excited! And, yes we are total dorks but we don't care! We have carefully perfected the fine art of stalking and on this very day in July we will be putting our skills to use! Besides the concert, we will be attending the Sunset BBQ being offered only to the premier ticket holders - once again proving just how deep our loser status runs! I will be sure to share all of the juicy details upon our return!

Yes, Your Honor...

Words you never want to have to say! Well, today, we are saying them loud and proud! My sweet angel girl, Madison Faith, was awarded a certificate for Honor Roll at school. Notice the GPA??? Her hard work has paid off and we are so incredibly proud of her!

Madison - you are a ROCK STAR! Excellent work, my love!

Oh - GO FLY A KITE!!!

OK! Which is exactly what we did to get ready for the Super Bowl (Yes, I realize I am a little late in posting this!) The kids were given these fantastic kites and Sunday, before the game, we put them to good use!
